7-day returns

Unused products in original condition and packaging, with tags attached, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Perfumes

For hygiene reasons, perfumes can be returned only if the seal and cellophane wrap are intact.

How to request a return or exchange

Open your order (My account → your order, or the link in your order confirmation) and choose "Return or exchange items". We review requests within 1 working day and arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days. You can also email care@triviastyle.com with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality check. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.
